At Lunar Hugs, we want every piece of jewellery to reach you safely, promptly and beautifully packaged. Here's everything you need to know about delivery, gifting and returns.

Shipping Information

Standard Delivery

• United Kingdom: £2.99 — FREE on orders over £50

• Republic of Ireland: €4.99 (no custom fees)

• Europe: €7.99

• Rest of the World: €9.99

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• United Kingdom: 2–4 working days

• Republic of Ireland: 3–5 working days

• Europe: 5–7 working days

• Rest of the World: 7–10 working days

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier.

Customs & Duties

Orders delivered within Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are generally not subject to customs duties when shipped under the applicable arrangements.

For Europe and international destinations, additional taxes, duties or handling fees may apply depending on the shipment's origin and destination. Any charges payable by the recipient will be communicated where applicable.

Tracking

Your order will include tracking where provided by our delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive the available tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Ordering as a Gift

Jewellery makes a beautiful gift, whether you're celebrating a birthday, marking a milestone or simply reminding someone they're loved.

We offer:

• A handwritten gift card with your personal message.

• Delivery directly to your recipient.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Lunar Hugs jewellery. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For eligible online purchases, you can notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to cancel your purchase. You'll generally have a further 14 days to return the item after notifying us.

Returned items should be unworn, unused and in their original packaging, with tags attached where applicable.

Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility where permitted by law. Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by applicable consumer law.

Some products, including certain personalised or made-to-order items, may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or does not match its description.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your jewellery is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact hello@lunarhugs.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where possible.

We'll work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your consumer rights. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy.

Your statutory consumer rights apply regardless of whether an item was purchased at full price or on sale.

Our One-Year Jewellery Warranty

At Lunar Hugs, we want you to feel confident in the jewellery you choose. That's why eligible jewellery purchases come with a one-year warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects.

If you experience an issue with your jewellery during the warranty period, please email hello@lunarhugs.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where possible. We'll review your claim and explain the next steps.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse, subject to the full warranty terms.

Our one-year warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not replace or limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Change-of-mind returns for sale items and gift cards may be subject to different conditions. However, nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and assessed, we'll contact you with an update.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within the applicable legal timeframe. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
